Thanks for posting and what a terrible attitude the guy had! He obviously has no concept of the long-term value of a customer! Case in point. I purchased a eBook from Yanik Silver 10 years ago. I asked for a refund and was so impressed by Yanik's response that in the years that followed I spent tens of thousands of dollars with him.He literally won a client for life whereas the TV Cable PLR guy has done the exact opposite!
