There are a lot of words like “search” and a lot of brand names that have 1 or less Adwords ads. I was looking for the most “active” adwords categories. I feel that less than 9 ads is not very active.

I’ve got a couple of questions:

1) Why do you need to find low competitive listings when generally the people will not need any specialist local SEO services to get to page 1 for them?

2) Why do you need to find any listings at all, instead of simply building your reputation of a specialist and quit the practice of cold calling people who have never asked you to?
